Transformative Practices Training and Coaching ​

Using the foundations found in Restorative Practices, Transformative Practices focus both on the individual's practices of building community, repairing harm and creating spaces of belonging as well as identifying areas within the organization's system where there are barriers to transformative change and addressing those systemic issues. 

Communities of Liberatory Practices 

Communities of Liberatory Practices examine inequities that they identify within their own contexts, examine data, both quantitative and qualitative, and create solutions that work for the whole of their context. Skill development included in the process:

Leadership Development and System Implementation of Equitable 

Systems of Support 

These leadership training and coaching sessions are designed to equip leaders in creating and implementing equitable and anti-racist policies, practices and procedures within their school or leadership context.

Moving Toward Us: Anti-Racist Professional Development and Coaching

Moving Toward Us is an in person training that creates spaces where educators can look at the impacts of institutional structures of power on those who reside within our schools and build out anti-racist teaching strategies.
